Lost Card Procedures
Each student is responsible for his/her I.D. Card. If a card is lost, it must be reported to the Wayne State College Business office. The replacement cost for a lost card is $15.00.
If a card is damaged or mutilated, a replacement card will be issued at the Wayne State College Business Office at no charge. The damaged or mutilated card must be turned in at this time. |
