Choosing a lender is an important decision, one that will affect you for the life of your loan. If you have no prior Federal Stafford Loans, please choose a lender from the list below. In addition to participating in electronic certification, these lenders have made a commitment to provide quality service to their borrowers. They also offer advantageous repayment options that allow for interest rate reductions of up to 2.25% of the total amount borrowed.

All first-time borrowers at WSC must complete a "Student Loan Entrance Counseling" session before your loan can be disbursed. This on-line session will help you better understand your rights and responsibilities of borrowing a student loan. Click on Entrance Counseling under "Related Links" on the right-hand side of this page and follow the instructions to complete this Federal requirement.

The Master Promissory Note (MPN) makes applying for a Stafford Loan a quick and easy process for you. Using the MPN is a one-time only process and is simple to complete. It is good for ALL your Stafford Loan borrowing up to 10 years (subsidized and unsubsidized).
