Berry Hall	Shower room upgrades for men's side basement are planned for Summer 2013; additional upgrades will be scheduled as funding allows.
Campus Wide	Campus dashboard/building metering project in implementation; currently in process of setting up demand limiting.
Campus Wide	Upgrade of access control process to include keying software, rekeying buildings, and a new keying scheme in progress.
Campus Wide	Arc Flash Hazard Analysis of all electrical systems has been completed and the program in in implementation.

Carhart Science	Phase III reached substantial completion on April 23; punch list items are being addressed.

Peterson Fine Arts	Window and vestibule replacement has been contracted. Installation to be done Summer 2013.
Recreation Center	Chilled water system for air conditioning is in process. Work expected to take all Spring and Summer 2013 to complete.
Rice Auditorium	Mid-Hall Locker Room upgrades in design with Leo A. Daly architects.
Student Center	Replacement carpet planned for upper level south meeting rooms; due for installation Summer 2013.
Tennis Courts	Installation of basketball hoops on one of the courts has been completed..
U.S. Conn Library	Program Statement with Jackson-Jackson Associates and Olsson Associates has been completed and approved by the Coordinating Commission.
Willow Bowl	Restoration project is in progress with final grading and sod installation remaining.
