Hein, Cynthia Hruby, Jason Karsky, Nicole McCoy, Kathy

- The National Collegiate Alcohol Awareness Fatal
Vision Goggles demonstration was held at the October
18th football game. SADD set up the shoe display representing
the 117 deaths in Nebraska in 2002 as a result of
an alcohol related traffic crash. SADD and Dan Baddorf
manned the table so that spectators could try out
the goggles and walk the line. The SAAC did the obstacle
course. Todd Barry helped set up and directed the
athletes on the obstacle course. Thanks to Scott Gannon
for announcing the event (during the WHS girls state
softball championship game).
- Press coverage attached promoting the event.
"The Stater" put the story on the front
page. The campus cable station will be broadcasting
an interview with Kathy about the TRUST Coalition
this week.
