Mission Statement and Purpose: The Toward Responsible Use of Substances Today (TRUST) Coalition will provide leadership to fulfill the commitment of WSC to create and sustain a campus and community that promotes responsible decisions and eliminates obstacles to students' academic goals. It is the mission of the TRUST Coalition to reduce problems related to alcohol and drug abuse through leadership and policy development, information dissemination, and program innovation.
