Ad hoc Policy Committee Meeting Minutes
May 5, 2004

Lin, Jamie, JoAnn, Jeff and Michelle were able to meet for the 2 pm meeting in the
Counseling Center group room. Jeff was called away.

We discussed the revisions thus far as well as recommendations for additional changes.

An updated revised policy will be sent out to all committee members so you can review these additional changes.

JoAnn recommended we take the revised policy before all the Senates so they are aware of the changes being proposed and so we can receive their support.

Work will continue on the policy and additional revisions will be sent out for comment and feedback.

The meeting was adjourned at 3 pm
