Program
The SAVE - Students Against
Violence Everywhere
- Program developed from funding awarded to Wayne State
College by the Department of Justice, Office on Violence
Against Women, Grants to Combat Violent Crimes Against Women
on Campuses Program. The SAVE Program will provide leadership
to fulfill the commitment of WSC to create and sustain a
safe campus community that promotes
responsible decisions and eliminates obstacles to students'
academic goals.
The goals of the SAVE Program are to: provide support and
assistance to individuals
negatively impacted by sexual assault, relationship violence,
and stalking; alleviate through education the climate that
allows violence against women and others to exist; and work
to make our campus and communities safer environments for
women and everyone.
The SAVE Program: Workgroups, Membership, Minutes, and
Links of Interest Relating to Sexual Assault, Relationship
Violence, and Stalking.
