Career Fair Registration Information

You must sign up in Cat Tracks in order to register for the Fall 2014 Career Fair.


Cat Tracks Sign-Up/Login Instructions:

Step 1:

Go to to begin. Select “Click here to register!” located under the login boxes.


Step 2:

To ensure your company has not already been entered into the system, type the name of your organization in the “Find Your Organization” box. If it does not come up, click on “Can’t Find Your Organization?”


Step 3:

Enter the requested information, with particular attention to required fields (*). Be sure to fill out both the Employer Information section and the Contact Information section located below the Employer Information section. You are given the option to include or exclude each set of information in our employer directory, searchable by job-seekers.


Step 4:

Click “Register” at the bottom of the page.


Step 5:

On the following page click “Submit Profile.”


Step 6:

You will be notified by email when your profile has been “activated”.  You will not be able to proceed with the Career Fair Registration steps until this occurs.


Career Fair Registration Instructions:

Step 1:

Log In to your Cat Tracks account.


Step 2:

Hover over Career Events tab located in the silver “tool bar” at the top and click on Search.


Step 3:

From the Category box select Career Fair and then click Search.  Select 2014 Fall Career Fair.


Step 4:

Once you click Register Now, most of your company’s information will auto-fill in the boxes for you. At this time you are required to select the $100 Registration Fee.  If you know that you will have more than 3 recruiters attending, please fill in the number you will have above 3 in the Additional Fee box.  You may select the Electricity option, if needed.  Then proceed to the Payment Method. If you choose to pay by Check, you must mail payment to WSC Career Services.  Click Continue.  If you chose Credit Card, you will be able to enter your card number, etc. at this point. The next page will allow you to add additional recruiters attending. Your name should automatically be listed; be sure to remove it if you are not an attending recruiter.  Click Continue. The Profile Information section will allow you to list Positions Available (or positions you normally hire for), as well as choose what Majors you normally look for, Degrees Sought, Job Categories and Position Types.  All of these are required (*) in order to have a complete registration. Once you have completed all of the information, you may click Continue. You will now see that you have successfully registered for the event.  You may use the tabs to navigate through your Registration Information or scroll down the page.  You can adjust any section by clicking Edit on the right side of each section.  If your company needs an invoice you will find this option by scrolling down to the Payment section.
