Residential Facilities and Policies

Wayne State College’s Student Services Division houses 1600 students in seven residence halls: Anderson, Berry, Bowen, Morey, Neihardt, Pile and Terrace. Anderson Hall is exclusively for female stu dents, while all others are coed. Student Services and WSC Security offer a wide variety of programs and services to students living in the residence halls. Residence halls are staffed by professional live-in Resident Directors (RD’s) and student Resident Assistants (RA’s).

The residence halls utilize RA’s or trained desk workers to monitor access and provide assistance. Appropriate exterior doors are alarmed so hall staff are alerted when they are opened.
