Parking - Violations

All motor vehicle and parking regulations are subject to enforcement 24 hours every day throughout the year, including summer. Permits are valid only when properly attatched to the assigned vehicle.

Parking and Traffic Fines

$10 Fine -	Parking in Unauthorized Area; Overtime Parking; No Parking Midnight to 5 a.m.; Parking in a “No Parking Area”; Improper Parking; Improper Display of Permit; Skateboards, Roller Blades, Roller Skates Prohibited.
$20 Fine -	Driving/Parking on Grass or Sidewalk; Failed to Yield to Pedestrian; Failed to Stop for Stop Sign; Speeding; Displaying Falsifi ed or Stolen Permit
$30 Fine-	Careless Driving; Parking in Fire Lane; Driving Wrong Way on One Way Street; Parking in Handicapped Parking Space.
$40 Fine-	Parking After Revocation of Parking Permit.
$50 Fine-	No Valid Permit.
NOTE: Fines double with the 5th violation and parking privileges will be revoked with the 8th violation in a scholastic year. Once your parking privileges have been revoked your vehicle will be subject to being booted with the 9th violation. Vehicles remain subject to being booted until parking privileges have been reinstated.
