Parking Areas

The purchase of a parking permit does not guarantee a parking space in a specific lot or close to specific buildings. Parking space has always been available in the out-lying lots. Lack of a parking space in the desired location is not considered a valid reason for failure to comply with these regulations.

North and west of Rec Center - All valid permits. No parking midnight to 5 a.m.

Campus Streets - All daytime street parking is reserved for faculty/staff unless otherwise posted. No street parking is allowed midnight to 5 a.m. Sunday through Thursday night. All permits allowed from 5 p.m. to midnight every day and midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

Faculty Parking Lots (Lots 6, 7, 8) - All daytime parking is reserved for faculty/staff. All permits allowed from 5 p.m. to midnight every day and midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

Fifteen (15)-Minute zones (painted green) are for brief stops and loading/unloading only. Will be enforced.

Metered parking areas are for brief stops primarily to use services in the Student Center. Will be enforced.

Handicapped Parking Zones (painted blue) are for individuals authorized handicap permits only. Will be enforced.

Motorcycles may park in areas designated by Campus Security.
