Lindsay Erwin begins her first season as graduate assistant
coach for the WSC women's basketball program. Erwin comes
to WSC after serving as head boys basketball coach at Parkview
Christian High School in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Erwin was a standout player at Chadron State College, where
she was a four-year starter for the Eagles. Erwin finished
her career 10th on the all-time rebounding charts and 17th
in scoring. While at Chadron State, Lindsay was awarded the
"Clyde Bond Memorial Award", given to an athlete
that demonstrates good sportsmanship, work ethic and attitude.
She graduated from Chadron State in May, 2005 with a bachelors
degree in sports leadership with a minor in business management.
Erwin, a graduate of Lincoln East High School (2001), is pursuing
a masters degree at Wayne State College in sport management.
