and reached NCAA national provisional qualifying mark
in women's hammer throw with mark of 161'4" at
the Nebraska Open on 4-29-07...named NSIC Women's Field
Athlete of the Week on 4-25-07 after winning hammer
throw at Sioux City Relays with top mark of 161'1...also
won hammer throw at Northwestern (4-14-07) and Howard
Wood Dakota Relays (5-5-07)...placed fourth at NSIC
Championships in hammer throw with best effort of 155'2".
2007 Indoor: Earned All-NSIC honorable
mention honors with third-place finish in weight throw
at NSIC Championships, throwing season-best mark of
52' 3 3/4"...took first place in two invitationals,
winning weight throw at Bill Hillenbrand Invite at South
Dakota (1-27-07) and Wildcat Open in Wayne (2-10-07).
2006 Outdoor: Placed fifth in the
hammer throw at the NSIC Championships in Wayne with
a season-best throw of 147' 2".
2006 Indoor: Competed in the weight
throw during the indoor season. Threw a season-best
47' 3" in the weight throw at the Iowa State Open
on 1-27-06.
2005 Outdoor: Competed in the discus
and hammer throw during the outdoor season. Placed ninth
at the NSIC Championships in the hammer throw (131'5").
Threw season-best 136'2" in the hammer throw at
the Division II Challenge at Emporia State on 4-14-05.
Top throw in the discus was 116'0" at the same
event.
2005 Indoor: Participated in the weight
throw during the indoor season. Finished sixth at the
WSC Wildcat Open on 2-12-05 with season-best throw of
44' 5 1/2". Placed ninth at the NSIC Championships
with throw of 44'1".
