season opener vs. Upper Iowa at center, also appeared
in Neb.-Kearney game on 9-9-06 and Missouri-Rolla on
11-4-06.......part of offensive line that allowed NSIC
low eight sacks this season.....Named to
the 2006 NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.
Before WSC: Transferred to Wayne State
from the College of San Mateo in California......named
team captain in 2003.....voted most inspirational on
offense and earned First Team All-Conference honors......helped
team to 10-1 record in 2003 and Silicon Valley Bowl
championship.
High School: Mark was a three-sport
standout (football, wrestling and track and field) at
Aragon High School in San Mateo, California......Named
Male Athlete of the Year in 2001.......two-time All-Conference
player in football.
