Big, tall hard throwing left-hander with a very good
fastball. . . Expected to be the number one starter
in the starting rotation this spring for the Wildcats.
2007: Earned Second Team All-NSIC honors at
starting pitcher after going 3-6 with a 5.22
ERA in 12 starts for the Wildcats...struck out 77 batters
in 58 2/3 innings to rank second in NCAA Division II
in strikeouts per nine innings (12.6)...struck out 13
batters in five innings of work in 10-0 win over Northern
State on 4-6-07 to earn NSIC Pitcher of the Week honors....had
nine strikeouts or more in five starts...worked 4 2/3
innings vs. Nebraska on 3-13-07, allowing just four
hits and four runs, all unearned, with three strikeouts
and two walks.
2006: Had stellar season for Wildcats
in 2006, going 9-2 with a 2.07 ERA to earn NSIC Pitcher
of the Year honors and First Team All-Central Region
honors.....also named to the NSIC All-Tournament Team......worked
team-high 74.0 innings, striking out 79 batters......had
season-high 10 strikeouts vs. Northern State on 5-1-06......in
NSIC play, was 6-0 with stingy 0.68 ERA striking out
50 batters in 39.2 innings pitched......started the
season in bullpen, worked his way to #1 starter by the
end of the season.....had three complete games and two
shutouts.....had complete game two hit shutout with
nine strikeouts vs. SW Minnesota State on 3-25-06 and
complete game six hit shutout with nine strikeouts vs.
Concordia-St. Paul on 4-8-06.....selected NSIC Pitcher
of the Week twice (3-27-06 and 4-24-06).
Before WSC: Attended Colby CC where
he pitched two years.
High School: Attended Torrington HS where he
lettered in baseball, football, basketball and track.

Track team.
