Mission
The Office of Assessment was established in July 2007 to coordinate and support assessment and evaluation activities across the campus. The office facilitates the ongoing, integrated, and college-wide research-based planning and evaluating processes that incorporate a systematic review of programs and services that (a) result in continuing improvement, and (b) demonstrate that the college is effectively accomplishing its mission. This ongoing assessment process is a strategy in part for organizational accountability, distinctiveness, accreditation, and effectiveness to understand and improve student learning and educational quality.
