WSC alumni and friends returning to campus
enjoyed attending the many activities held during
the Homecoming weekend. Some of these events were
captured on film.
WSC alumni and friends and members of the Catbackers
Club enjoyed listening to the coaches while having
lunch on Friday in the Upper Deck of the Student
Center. Alumni returning to campus enjoy this
opportunity to visit with current coaching staff.

Broadcasting and Mass Communication majors held
a reunion in the Humanities Lounge on Friday afternoon.
Returning alumni were given tours of the renovated
facilities.

Friday evening the OUTSTANDING ALUMNI
AWARD BANQUET was held to honor dedicated
and deserving educators from each of WSC's four
schools.

President Richard Collings and his wife Marilyn
enjoy the pleasant weather on Saturday morning
as they participate in the Homecoming parade.

1936 alum Larry Manning, Huntington Beach, California
and Lynda Edsall, Memphis, Tennessee wave to the
parade crowd as they are chauffered down Lincoln
Street by
Lou Wiltse of the Wayne Greenhouse.

The 1989-1996 Women's Basketball team held a reunion
during the Homecoming weekend. Mike Barry gave
the group a tour of the athletic facilities Saturday

HALL OF FAME INDUCTEES
During half-time of the football game
Greg McDermott, Tyler Johnson, Roni Wobken, Cap
Peterson and the 1970 football team
were introduced as inductees into the WSC Hall
of Fame. These individuals were inducted into
the Hall of Fame at the Homecoming/Hall of Fame
Banquet held in the
Frey Conference Suite on Saturday evening.

George and Susan Menking were the emcees for the
Saturday evening Homecoming/Hall of Fame Banquet
held in the Frey Conference Suite. Bruce
Yoder received the Alumni Service Award
and Greg McDermott, Tyler Johnson, Roni
Wobken, Cap Peterson and the
1970 football team
were inducted into the WSC Hall of Fame during
the evening.
ALUMNI SERVICE AWARD
Bruce Yoder a 1983 alum of WSC who resides in
Lincoln, Nebraska was the recipients of the
2006 Alumni Service Award at the Homecoming and
Hall of Fame Banquet on Oct. 7.
