Gwen (Dietz) '71 and Les Parmenter, Omaha, Neb.:
"Les and I met at a CCM (Cooperative Christian Ministries)
retreat in
October 1969. On our first date, we kissed in the Bowen parking
lot, and Les said he knew we would marry. We did, the next
August. Les was drafted (low draft number for those of you
who remember the draft). I finished my degree and graduated
in December 1971. We have four children and live in Omaha."
They were married August 29, 1970.
