Craig '43 and Janet '43 (Judd) Magwire, Wilsonville, Ore.:
"We met in a doubles game of ping-pong in the student
union one evening just before fall term registration in 1942.
Craig and his Terrace Hall friend invited my roommate and
I to join them in a doubles game. A fine romance came from
this meeting. Craig left for active duty in Naval Aviation
in June 1943 and I went to teach first grade in Ireton, IA."
They were married on February 22, 1945.
