"We met in the Black Hills working in the summer of
1958 just before she enrolled for the fall term at Wayne.
I proposed in the Willow Bowl in the fall of 1959. We finished
our programs in the spring of 1960 at Wayne and were married
the day after graduation in Wayne that year."
