Services: Schedule Planning

Students plan a class schedule for every semester they are enrolled at WSC. The schedule you choose depends on your major and academic hours earned (some classes require prerequisite classes, or a certain amount of hours earned, or instructor approval, etc.).

How Do I Select Classes?

Students meet with Faculty Advisors or Professional Academic Advisors and select classes that meet their interest area. Classes meet one to five days per week. Each class is assigned a number of credit hours depending on the work required. These hours determine how much contact is expected between the student and the professor. A full-time student enrolls in a minimum of 12 credit hours each semester.
