Plannng: "What
Can I Do With A Major In...?"
What are my options for majors in Life Sciences
Pre-Professional Programs?
Students
wishing to pursue a pre-professional program in the Life
Sciences are encouraged to seek a BA/BS degree in an appropriate
major prior to entering a professional program. This allows
for more maturity and a stronger knowledge base, as well
as keeping the student moving toward his or her goal while
applying for a competitive position in a program. Faculty
advisors are an excellent resource for planning and helping
to establish goals. Options for majors are:
| Agriculture
|
Chiropractic
|
| Dentistry
|
Medicine
|
| Occupational
Therapy
|
Osteopathic
Medicine
|
| Physician
Assistant
|
Podiatry
|
Dental
Hygiene
|
Nursing
|
Physical
Therapy
|
Veterinary
Medicine
