The Rec Center
The Rec Center is a great place to work out, pump up and hang out. The Rec Center has weight and cardio rooms, a swimming pool, racquetball courts and hosts several fitness classes.

Wayne State College is a residential college, which means that about 90 percent of freshman live on campus. As a result, students share their learning and their lives. Friendships develop over early-morning workouts, late-night study breaks, and in labs, libraries, and residence hall common areas.
With students from 24 states and nearly 13 countries, you’ll get to know people from all kinds of backgrounds and with all kinds of interests. You’ll be part of an exciting community of individuals on a campus that’s not only beautiful but also friendly.

Food, of course, plays an important part of life on campus, and Wayne State offers a wide variety of eating options. Food Services offers a comprehensive meal plan, including the all you can eat dining hall. Students can also eat breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Cats Corner, which offers pizzas, soups, sandwiches, salads, and Taco Bell.
Jitters is an Internet café located in Conn Library. Jitters offers Starbucks coffee, other hot and cold beverages, snacks, pastries and grab-and-go lunches.
