Status report given: The harassment manual has been revised to include all types of harassment and is on Dr. Stearns' desk. Other administrators will need to look at it and then it will be ready for distribution. It would be nice to have this information in each department and/or school office. Right now JoAnn provides sexual harassment training to new employees, but it might be a good idea to have everyone attend a harassment session each year, if not every semester. To possibly lessen the grumbling from the people required to attend, let them know ahead of time what the training is to accomplish, keeping in mind that its not only to protect the institution's liability, but to protect their own personal liability, as
well.
