Council members assigned to projects: Chris Fletcher, Bob McCue, Chuck Parker

September 21, 2001 - AQIP Meeting
Status report given: The project is underway and we will receive the surveys for distribution in mid- October. We have the opportunity to develop campus-specific questions and should have the results early next year. Fall completion date is anticipated. The last time WSC participated in this national faculty survey was 1995. It is possible to ask questions related to AQIP. The results will provide information about the campus climate and a national comparison. Perhaps an adapted version of the survey can be used for professional and support staff. Bob will distribute a copy of the faculty survey to Council members. The UCLA Faculty Survey will be distributed the week of November 26, 2001. It was delayed because of the Noel-Levitz survey being distributed.

October 26, 2001 - The Noel-Levitz Survey was distributed to department offices/school offices/administrative offices for faculty and staff participation. Surveys were due back November 2, 2001.

November 30, 2001 - Distributed UCLA 2001 Faculty Survey. This is part of a nation-wide survey of faculty concerning workload, conditions of employment, and morale. National results will be available in Spring 2002.
