Project identified
Provide information regarding post-graduation plans, jobs, professional school. Joint venture between departments/career services "I think it was our thought that if prospective graduates went through an "exit interview" process which included, but was not limited to, a survey assessing their knowledge we could get a better perspective on where our strengths and weaknesses lie. Through this, we (as a college) could better our programs to make our students more marketable and more successful. The one-year follow-up could either be used in place of the pre-graduation exit interview or in conjunction with it. It would also be an assessment tool used to determine the strengths and weaknesses of our programs - 'How well was I prepared for the job market? &/or the job I'm doing?' etc... . It could also be used as a recruiting tool, and a majors fair tool. (This is what you can do with this major just like these WSC grads.... An education from WSC gives you just as good an opportunity as one from anywhere else. Take a look at what past grads are doing. ...... That sort of thing.)" (S. Penn, M. Ettel, V. Feeley, J.
