Status report given: Adobe Acrobat 4.0 will be used to convert the institutional databook to a PDF document which can be viewed on-line. They are currently working on converting some of the graphics to PDF format. The project should be complete this fall.

Right now, Bob and Chris decide on what information goes into the databook. The intended audience is internal. Discussion was held as to whether or not the access should be restricted; it would probably be a good idea to only have pieces of the databook be available on-line. Some of the information could be misinterpreted if read with the wrong intention. It was suggested that Teresa Moore and Judy Johnson be included on this project. Further discussions concerning what is displayed on-line need to occur.

November 20, 2001, 2:30 p.m. Chris and Bob scheduled to meet with
President's Staff to discuss what information from the data book should go on-line.

It was decided that the entire databook will be available for the WSC campus community. Judy Johnson and Teresa Moore will decide which data they would like to have available for viewing by the general public.

December 4, 2001, 2 p.m. - Chris met with Jeff Piper to discuss procedure for converting databook to the appropriate format for web publishing.

December 14, 2001 - Chris completes the process of converting the databook to the appropriate format for web publishing and electronically sends the final document to be published online.
