Project refined
Council members assigned to projects: Bob McCue, Chris Fletcher

September 21, 2001 - AQIP Meeting
Status report given: We are currently working with network services to implement this process. Bob is also working with Dr. Ed Johnson's class. The class may be involved in a pilot project using an on-line survey. Fall completion date is anticipated. Bob will also include Jeff Piper in the discussions. He is hoping to have the first spot survey appear on the WSC web page in a couple of weeks. The spot survey will give us instant feedback. We would want the responses to go automatically to a database. We could advertise it in the WS Bulletin. Maybe one week we could do a national issue and then the next week do a WSC-related issue. Results could be posted in the following week's Wayne Stater. The quick survey could include just five questions or so. Bob is looking into the type of questions they would have to be - multiple choice, true/false; open ended question responses would be in text file format.

October 24, 2001 - Web Quick Survey launched. Monitoring of usage continues.

Project complete.
