Project identified
"Human Resource Inventory" came from the discussion that our campus is replete with people who have talents, interests, hobbies, experiences, etc. that are not generally known across campus. And if people were to be made more aware, faculty and others could tap in and include these person's time, knowledge and talent to better the educational opportunities for our students both in and out of the classroom. We often are familiar with a faculty/staff members' current job description and their titles but many have so much more to offer.
